Lucky Duck Property Services LLC (“we,” “us”) is a home services company at 120 Matson Drive, New Florence, PA 15944.

What we collect. When you contact us through our website form, by phone, or through a Facebook or Instagram lead form, we collect what you give us: your name, phone number, email address, job address, photos of the job, and anything you tell us about the work you need.

How we use it. We use your information to contact you about your quote, schedule and perform work, and send invoices. That’s it. We do not sell your information. We do not share it with anyone except services we use to run the business (like our website host and payment processor), and they can only use it to do their jobs for us.

Calls and texts. If you give us your phone number, you agree we may call or text you about your quote or your job. We won’t use it for marketing lists.

Facebook and Instagram forms. If you reach us through a Meta lead form, Meta also handles your data under its own privacy policy. Once we receive your info, this policy applies.

How long we keep it. We keep job records (including contact info, contracts, and job photos) for up to 10 years, as our insurance requires.

Your choices. To update or delete your info, call 724-419-5957 or email mike@luckyduckpropertyservices.com and we’ll take care of it.

Changes. If we update this policy, we’ll post the new version here.
